Makeover Delivery Loom — A-roll Script

For agents and team: Evergreen A-roll script for the makeover delivery Loom. Brady records this once; the same audio is reused on every delivery. Per-church personalization happens via silent B-roll cut over the audio — screen recording of THAT church’s specific site, Mission Control, ministry Post Collections, etc. Script is intentionally church-agnostic — no names, cities, or dates.

Strategic context

  • Primary CTA in Email 1 of delivery-sequence. Email 1 has no upsell because the Loom carries it.
  • Plants the seed for Email 2. Email 2 opens with “The Loom already planted the seed — this email gives it structure.”
  • Drives Standard → Complete via Pro Church Certified scholarship as the lever (per v2-package § Complete plan positioning). Giving + Media are value-stack bonuses, not the argument.
  • Default is Standard ($99/mo). Complete ($199/mo) is opt-in. Hosting billing starts 7 days after delivery either way.

The script

Hey, Brady here. Your makeover is done! Now, before I walk you through what’s there, I want to tell you what we actually built. Because it’s not just a website. We’ve installed a full communications system for your church — The 7 Building Blocks, Mission Control, ministry Post Collections, a weekly bulletin template, the works. The website is the front end of it. The system underneath is the engine. So let me show you.

First, your new custom website. A beautiful homepage designed to make great first impressions. The Launcher is configured — your church’s next-step menu, with the actions that matter for your church already populated. Plan-A-Visit and New Visitor Follow-Up — two automated sequences for first-time guests.

Your Weekly Bulletin — a Post Collection with a first-edition template showing the structure, the sections, the rhythm you’ll fill in each week. A Post Collection for your ministries. Each one is a digital home. And, of course, Mission Control — eight reference documents installed as private Posts on your Nucleus. That’s where The 7 Building Blocks live. Your Church Communications Policy, the Announcements Formula, your social media policy, your Ministry Level Assignments, Promotions Playbooks. It’s the communications DNA for your church. The thing your team comes back to every week when they’re making decisions.

Okay. Before I let you go, two things to know. First thing, we’ve put you on the Standard hosting plan. That’s $99 a month. Second thing, there’s an option to bump up to Complete. Same makeover, but you also get three Pro Church Certified scholarships for your team. You can learn more about this program at prochurchcertified.com, but the key is that each seat for Certified on its own costs $1,990. So, that’s almost six thousand dollars, included free.

Realistically, here’s the simple way to think about it. Standard gives you the system we just installed. Complete gives you the system AND your team empowered to run it with excellence. In terms of how the math works, Complete is $199/month, it also includes Nucleus Media and Nucleus Giving (for our US churches) — so a jump from $99 to $199/month gives you both of those extra products and three seats to Pro Church Certified, roughly $6,000 worth of certification training when purchased separately. Oh, and if you pay annually, you get two months free as well — which is only available on the Complete plan.

Hey, either way, your hosting billing kicks in 7 days after the delivery of your makeover. If Complete is right for you, just reply yes to the email this video came in. If Standard is the right call, you don’t have to do anything. That’s it. Genuinely excited for you. Reply to any of these emails if you’ve got questions. Talk soon.

B-roll cut points

Editors lay silent B-roll over the spoken audio at the points below, using screen recordings of THIS church’s specific implementation. Each cut is short (~5–15 seconds) so the editor can hold on Brady’s face for emphasis and punch out only at the right beats.

When Brady says…Cut to B-roll showing…
“…your new custom website. A beautiful homepage…”Their new homepage (hero + nav)
“The Launcher is configured…”The Launcher on their site, actions populated
”Plan-A-Visit and New Visitor Follow-Up…”Their Plan-A-Visit + New Visitor flows in their admin
”Your Weekly Bulletin — a Post Collection…”Their Weekly Bulletin Post Collection + first-edition template

Recording notes

  • Total runtime: ~3:30–4:30 spoken. With B-roll layered, finished Loom runs ~5–6 minutes.
  • Suggested takes: one continuous take of the open + walkthrough (paragraphs 1–2); one continuous take of the upsell beats (paragraphs 3–5). Editor stitches.
  • Tone: conversational, warm, no salesy push on Complete. Let the math do the work in paragraph 4.
  • Re-record trigger: any change to pricing, deliverables, or the Complete positioning (e.g., if Giving/Media stops being included). Re-record if the v2-package spec materially shifts.

Editing rules

  • Voice-locked. Substantive rewrites go through a Brady-voice skill (youtube-script is the closest fit in bradyshearer/content-engine) rather than freehand.
  • “Pro Church Certified” never abbreviated to “PCC” in the script.
  • “Mission Control” and “The 7 Building Blocks” stay exactly as named.
  • “$199/month” stays as written (not “$199/mo”) — Brady reads it as spoken.
  • The “for our US churches” parenthetical on Nucleus Giving is intentional — Giving is US-only.
  • delivery-sequence — the 7-day post-delivery sequence (Loom is Email 1’s primary CTA)
  • claim-to-delivery-ops — Stage 4 delivery trigger (where the per-church Loom URL gets entered into the V2 sheet)
  • v2-package — what’s installed (matches the walkthrough beats one-to-one)
  • 7-building-blocks — the methodology Mission Control installs
  • v2-eligibility-and-tracking — note: a separate, shorter Mission-Control-only Loom is referenced for Template A (Complete-tier existing customers); that script is not yet filed
